The rally was held in Asheville, a city of 90,000 in and the county seat of Buncombe County, North Carolina, United States. It is the largest city in Western North Carolina, and the 11th largest city in North Carolina. With easy access to many of the top motorcycling routes in the US, Asheville is the ideal location for the INOA 2015 Norton Carolina Rally.

The Asheville East KOA campground was the “home base” of the rally, with plenty of camping and RV sites (the cabins are sold out), pool, fishing, tubing, and local activities.
Friday was THE BIG DAY. It included the Concourse Show, Awards Banquet and Blues Band.
