First and foremost is the Plumas County Fairgrounds, “home base” of the rally, with plenty of camping and RV sites, clean restrooms and showers, and on-site facilities. We encourage all rally-goers to consider making the fairgrounds their home during the rally.

The fairground RV hookups only include water and power. They do NOT have sewer connections and they do NOT have a dump station. On the right side of the street going into the Quincy fairgrounds is “Pioneer RV Park” which has full hookups. They also have the only dump station in Quincy at $10 and our INOA rally members can use it during the rally.
