Come to the INOA 2025 Feather River Rally III hosted by the Northern California Norton Owners Club (NCNOC). Rally dates are June 16th through 21st, 2025, and the location is Quincy, CA, at the Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds!
Quincy is 85 miles north of Lake Tahoe via Hwy 89 in the California High Sierras. At the Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds rally site there are RV/Trailer spaces, tent camping, and bathrooms with clean showers. The friendly town of Quincy boasts motels, campgrounds, stores, and great restaurants.
Plumas County is home to the seven railroad wonders of the Feather River Canyon, the over/under Pulga bridges and Tobin train bridges, Keddie Wye, and Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola.
The Feather River Rally III Rides and Events page is coming with the best motorcycle rides. There are routes to Lake Almanor, Mt. Lassen, and fantastic roads to other high mountain lakes and amazing vistas.
Our INOA 2025 rally offers organized rides, dinners, t-shirts, pins, movies, tech sessions, field events, concours, music, and more. We have a great time planned.
