The Northern California Norton Owners Club (NCNOC) hosted the 41st gathering of the INOA July 11th through 16th, 2016, in Quincy, California, at the Plumas County Fairgrounds.

Quincy is a friendly town about 113 miles north of Lake Tahoe via Hwy 89 in the California High Sierras, and has lots of motels, stores and great restaurants. Plumas County includes the famous Hwy 70 Feather River Canyon over/under Pulga and Tobin train bridges, the Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola, Lake Almanor, Mt. Lassen, and fantastic roads to high mountain lakes and amazing vistas. Check out our Rides and Events page with maps showing some of the best motorcycle riding in California.

Plumas County Fairgrounds include RV water/electric hookups (sewer available), with tent camping and plenty of bathrooms with clean showers. The 2016 rally included multiple organized rides, lunch on the road and dinners, free morning coffee, rally t-shirts, pins, movies, Norton tech sessions, speakers, field events, concours, and a trivia contest.

The NCNOC has always been part of the San Francisco Bay Area British Motorcycle motorcycle scene and invited all British Motorcycle and Norton riders to our 2016 INOA rally. We aren’t getting any younger and now’s the time to ride them while we still can! Enthusiasts brought old and new British bikes to ride the California High Sierras with the Nortons.
