Thank you to all INOA 2025 Feather River Rally III participants and supporters!

The INOA 2025 Feather River Rally III was hosted by the Northern California Norton Owners Club (NCNOC) at the Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds in Quincy, CA, June 16-21, 2025!

Quincy is 85 miles north of Lake Tahoe via Hwy 89 in the California High Sierras. At the Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds rally site there were RV/Trailer spaces, tent camping, and bathrooms with clean showers. The friendly town of Quincy boasts motels, campgrounds, stores, and great restaurants.

Plumas County is home to the seven railroad wonders of the Feather River Canyon, the over/under Pulga bridges and Tobin train bridges, Keddie Wye, and Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola.

The Feather River Rally III Rides page includes routes to Lake Almanor, Mt. Lassen, and fantastic roads to other high mountain lakes and amazing vistas.

Our INOA 2025 rally offered organized rides, dinners, swap meet, t-shirts, pins, movies, presentations, poker runs, concours, live music, and more.

The NCNOC is always part of the NorCal motorcycle scene. We invite enthusiasts of British, classic, and vintage motorcycles to join us and ride!
